92例肱骨髁上骨折后正中入路双钢板与传统Y型钢板的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究肱骨髁上骨折后正中入路双钢板与传统Y型钢板的临床疗效。方法选择2013年1月20日～2017年1月20日于我院就诊的92例肱骨髁上骨折患者作为研究对象,采用动态化随机分组的方式将其分为两组,分别给予不同的方式进行治疗,常规组给予传统Y型钢板固定,实验组给予后正中入路双钢板固定,对两组的治疗效果进行综合分析(包括手术治疗优良率、术后并发症发生率、手术时间、出血量、固定时间、愈合时间)。结果两组治疗优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);实验组手术耗时、出血量、固定时间、愈合时间均明显短于(少于)常规组(P<0.05)。结论对肱骨髁上骨折患者给予后正中入路双钢板与传统Y型钢板的临床疗效相当,治疗时应依据患者的实际情况选择合适的手术进行治疗,帮助患者改善疗效,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of double plate through posterior midline approach and traditional Y-shaped plate in treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture.Methods 92 patients with humeral supracondylar fracture who were treated in our hospital from January 20,2013 to January 20,2017 were selected.By dynamic randomization,they were divided into 2 groups and they were given different treatments.The routine group was given traditional Y-shaped plate fixation while the experimental group was given double plate fixation through posterior midline approach.The curative effects of the two groups were comprehensively analyzed(including the excellent and good rate of surgical treatment,incidence of postoperative complications,operation time,bleeding volume,fixation time and healing time).Results There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time,bleeding volume,fixation time and healing time of the experimental group were significantly shorter(less)than those of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with humeral supracondylar fracture,clinical curative effects of double plate through posterior midline approach and traditional Y-shaped plate is equivalent.The appropriate operation should be selected according to the actual situation of patients for treatment to help patients improve the curative effect and improve the quality of life.
