摘　　要：十八大以来以习近平同志为核心的新一代领导集体立足中华民族发展的新起点,以强烈的问题意识为导向全面深化改革,带领全国人民开创了中国特色社会主义发展的新时代。新的历史时期,改革开放走到了新的历史关头,改革开放是党在新的历史时期最鲜明的旗帜,集中体现为改革开放是党在新时代理论创新和实践创新的重要主题,是党在新时代完成历史使命的强大动力,是检验新时代党的自身能力建设的重要内容,必将促使中国共产党不断自我革命,夺取新的伟大革命的胜利。Since the 18th CPC national congress,the new generation of leadership with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,based on a new starting point for the development of the Chinese nation and guided by a strong sense of problems,has comprehensively deepened reform and led the whole nation to usher in a new era of socialist development with Chinese characteristics.Reform and opening up have been in a new historical juncture as the most distinctive banner of the Party in the new historical period,which manifests as the important theme of theoretical innovation and practical innovation of the Party,the strong driving force of the Party to complete the historical mission in the new era and the important part of the Partys self-capacity building in the new era.Reform and opening up will prompt the Communist Party of China constantly to improve its own capabilities and win the victory of the great new revolution.
