摘　　要：新时代军队思想政治教育要坚持以习近平强军思想为统领,牢牢聚焦党在新时代的强军目标,牢固树立服务战斗力生成标准,全面提高新时代备战打仗的能力。培养有灵魂、有本事、有血性、有品德的新时代革命军人,必须充分重视文艺作品强大的精神激励作用,尤其是运用好官兵日常生活中经常触碰的军旅影像作品,努力挖掘其对军人血性培塑不同维度的重要功能,不断提高思想政治教育对战斗力生成的贡献率。The ideological and political education of the army in the new era should be guided by Xi Jinping's idea of strengthening the army,firmly focusing on the Party's goal of strengthening the army in the new era,firmly establishing the standards for generating combat effectiveness,and comprehensively improving the ability of preparing for war in the new era.To cultivate revolutionary soldiers with soul,ability,courage and moral character in the new era,we must attach great importance to the strong spiritual motivation of literary and artistic works.Especially,we should make good use of military image works which officers and soldiers are often encountered in their daily life,and strive to excavate their important functions in cultivating different dimensions of soldiers'courage,so as to continuously improve the contribution rate of ideological and political education to the generation of combat effectiveness.
