摘　　要：新的大学计算机基础课程教学大纲在教学理念、课程内容、教学方式、考核方式等方面都有显著变化。指出该课程教学存在的问题,分析新的大学计算机基础教学大纲的特点,最后就基于军校实际做好课程教学改革提出了具体措施。这些措施对于军校按照新大纲开展教学具有重要意义。The new syllabus of College Computer Basic has made remarkable changes in curriculum concept,curriculum content,teaching methods,assessment methods and so on.This paper first reviews the present problems in the course teaching,then analyzes the characteristics of the new syllabus,and finally puts forward measures to improve and reform the course teaching in PAP universities.These measures are of great significance for military universities to carry out computer basic teaching in accordance with the new syllabus.
