摘　　要：社会冲突是指不同利益群体之间因社会利益的差异和对立而产生的外部对抗行为,它由社会风险、社会危机依次演进产生。在演进过程中,不同的发展阶段具有各自相应的形成要素和特点规律,深入系统地分析上述规律有助于从根本上找到应对之策。Social conflict refers to the external antagonism between different interest groups due to the difference and opposition of social interests.It is generated by the gradual evolution of social risks and social crises.In the process of evolution,since different stages of development have their own corresponding forming elements and characteristics of the law,indepth and systematic analysis of the law is helpful to find the countermeasures.
