甲状腺癌的超声弹性成像参数与病灶组织中癌细胞生长及新生血管形成的关系探讨

摘　　要：目的观察甲状腺癌的超声弹性成像参数与病灶组织中癌细胞生长、新生血管形成的关系。方法随机选择我院进行甲状腺癌手术的患者80例作为观察组,随机选择同期至我院进行甲状腺良性肿瘤治疗患者80例作为对照组,所有患者均给予弹性成像检查。收集患者适量术后甲状腺癌与良性甲状腺肿瘤组织,对DMBT1、CCNG2、Bax、WIP1、RET/PTC等基因进行荧光定量PCR反应,采用Elisa试剂盒测定VEGF、ES、vWF、ANG-1的蛋白含量。观察两组患者中的癌基因表达的变化情况以及血管中新生分子含量的变化,比较观察组患者不同应变率比值下的癌基因表达变化以及血管中新生分子含量变化。结果观察组应变率比值明显高于对照组,观察组患者的DMBT1、CCNG2、Bax表达均低于对照组,WIP1、RET/PCT表达均高于对照组,观察组患者CEGF、vWF均明显高于对照组,ES、ANG-1均明显低于对照组,应变率比值高于3.14的患者,其DMBT1、CCNG2、Bax表达均低于应变率比值低于3.14的患者,WIP1、RET/PCT表达均高于应变率比值低于3.14的患者,应变率比值高于3.14的患者,其CEGF、vWF均明显高于应变率比值低于3.14的患者,ES、ANG-1均明显低于应变率比值低于3.14的患者。结论甲状腺超声弹性成像参数应变率比值能够对甲状腺癌患者病灶中的癌细胞生长情况以及新生血管的活力进行准确评估,从而为病情的发展和治疗方案的制定提供临床依据。Objective To investigate the relationship between ultrasound elastography parameters and tumor cell growth and angiogenesis in thyroid carcinoma.Methods 80 patients who underwent thyroid cancer surgery from were randomly selected as the observation group,and 80 patients who underwent thyroid benign tumor treatment at the same time were randomly selected as the control group.All patients were given elastic ultrasound examination.The expression of DMBT1,CCNG2,Bax,WIP1 and RET/PTC genes in thyroid carcinoma and benign thyroid tumor tissues were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR.The protein contents of VEGF,ES,vWF and ANG-1 were determined by Elisa kit.The expression of oncogenes and the content of new molecules in blood vessels were observed in the two groups.The expression of oncogenes and the content of new molecules in blood vessels were compared under different strain rate ratios in the observation group.Results The strain rate ratio of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The expression of DMBT1,CCNG2 and Bax in the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The expression of WIP1 and RET/PCT in the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The expression of CCNG2 and Bax was lower than that of strain rate ratio 3.14.The expression of WIP1 and RET/PCT was higher than that of strain rate ratio 3.14.The expression of CEGF and vWF was higher than that of strain rate ratio 3.14.The expression of ES and ANG-1 was lower than that of strain rate ratio 3.14.Conclusions The strain rate ratio of thyroid ultrasound elastography parameters can accurately evaluate the growth of tumor cells and the activity of neovascularization in thyroid cancer patients,so as to provide clinical basis for the development of the disease and the formulation of treatment programs.
