摘  要:目的:建立晕清降压胶囊薄层色谱鉴别方法和高效液相色谱含量测定方法,制定其质量标准。方法:薄层色谱鉴别山楂、天麻,液相色谱测定天麻素和黄芪甲苷含量。结果:薄层色谱鉴别色谱中,供试品色谱在与对照药材色谱和对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点,阴性样品无干扰。天麻素在0. 0505~0. 404μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,黄芪甲苷对照品在2. 56~7. 68μg范围内线性关系良好。结论:该方法操作简便、准确可靠、重复性好,可为制定晕清降压胶囊的质量控制标准提供参考依据。Objective :To establish the methods for thin- layer chromatography( TLC ) identification of Yunqing Jiangya capsules and content determination of Yunqing Jitingya capsules based on high-performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC), and to develop the quality standard for Yunqing Jiangya capsules. Methods : TLC was used to identify Crataegus pinnatifida and Gastrodia elata, and HPLC was used to measure the content of gastrodin and astragaloside. Results :TLC identification showed that the test article had the spots with the same color at the same positions as the reference herb and reference substance, with no interference from negative control,(iastrodin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 0505 ?0. 404μg,an(l astragaloside showed a good linetir relationship within the range of 2. 56 - 7. 68μg. Conclusion : This method is simple, accurate, a nd reliable with goocl reproducibility and can provide a basis for developing the quality control standard for Yunqing Jiangya capsules.
