摘　　要：Tibet Relies on Ecosystem Conservation for More Jobs The Tibet Autonomous Region has hired 309,000 farmers and herders as forest rangers in 2018, in an effort to conserve the ecosystem while eradicating poverty. The new jobs enable the local farmers and herders to participate in the forest protection and gain some subsidies for better life.
