摘  要:为研究制粉系统的性能变化给锅炉燃烧带来的影响,以某电厂1 000 MW超临界机组锅炉配套的制粉系统为研究对象,对制粉系统各项运行指标进行了燃烧特性试验,分析了在不同电负荷下煤粉细度R_(90)对锅炉运行的影响,得到了制粉系统的最佳运行工况,并且可将锅炉燃烧所受电负荷的影响降到最低。Taking the pulverizing system of a 1 000 MW supercritical boiler as an object of study, combustion tests were conducted with focus on the operation indexes of the pulverizing system, so as to study the effects of the performance changes of the system on the combustion characteristics of the boiler, and to analyze the influence of coal fineness R90 on the boiler operation at different power loads. Optimal operation conditions were finally obtained for the pulverizing system, when the influence of power load on the combustion condition could be minimized.
