摘 要:目的:探究翻转课堂模式在围手术期剖宫产妇女健康教育中的应用效果。方法:采取方便抽样的方法选取哈尔滨市某医院64例围手术期的第一胎剖宫产妇女为研究对象,将患者按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者采取传统护理模式,观察组患者在此基础上加行翻转课堂模式干预,分析翻转课堂模式在剖宫产妇女围手术期健康教育中的应用效果及2组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组患者对宣教知识掌握程度总良好率为90.63%,明显优于对照组患者的56.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总满意率为93.75%,对照组患者总满意率为71.87%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:翻转课堂模式可以缩短剖宫产围手术期妇女者健康宣教时间,提高患者治疗依从性及其对护理工作的满意度。Objective: To explore the effect of flipped classroom mode on health education for women undergoing perioperative cesarean section. Methods: 64 perioperative women with cesarean section of a hospital in Harbin were selected as subjects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional nursing methods. The patients in the observation group were given an overturned classroom model intervention. The effect of the overturned classroom model on the perioperative use of cesarean section women and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients in nursing work were analyzed. Results: The total rate of mastery of mission knowledge in the observation group was 90.63%, the control group was 56.25%, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.75%, the control group was 71.87%, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The flipping classroom model can shorten the time of health education for perioperative women in cesarean section, improve the compliance of patients, and improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing work.
