摘　　要：目的:分析医护人员、住院患者及健康体检人员对临床剩余生物样本科研再利用的态度,为医疗机构的管理工作提供借鉴。方法:以2017年7-9月北京市某医院医护人员、住院患者及健康体检人员为对象进行横断面问卷调查。结果:医护人员、住院患者和体检人员认知差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。能够接受生物样本科研再利用的医护人员为89.8%,体检人员79.3%,患者78.9%;人群特点、受教育程度、健康状况、医学研究态度及认知得分与接受度有关(P<0.05)。3组人群对需要知情同意的认同度差异无统计学意义。结论:患者和体检人员对临床剩余生物样本科研再利用认知程度较低;所有调查对象均有较高接受度,且知情同意认同度较高。Objective: To evaluate the attitude of patients, medical staff and medical examination people about the reuse of clinical residual biosamples for research in hospitals, so as to provide reference for the management of medical institutions. Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional study in patients, medical staff and medical examination people of a hospital in Beijing from July to September, 2017. Results: The awareness score about reuse of residual biosamples for research were different between medical staff, patients and medical examination people( P <0.05). The acceptance percentages of clinical biosamples reuse for research in medical staff, medical examination people and patients were 89.8%, 79.3% and 78.9% respectively. The population characteristics, education level, health conditions, the awareness score and the attitude score of medical research were related with acceptance( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the recognition of the need for informed consent among the three groups. Conclusion: The awareness score about the reuse of clinical residual biosamples for research was lower in medical examination people and patients. However, all three groups have high levels of identification on the acceptance of clinical biosamples reuse for research and informed consent.
