基于DEA模型的黑龙江省县级中医院运营效率分析

摘　　要：目的:测算黑龙江省57家县级中医院运营效率,为政府对县级中医院进行优化管理提供依据和建议。方法:运用数据包络分析法对黑龙江省57家县级中医院运营效率进行分析。结果:平均综合效率值为0.684,综合效率低下。57家县级中医院中48家运营效率为DEA无效,且不同城市的县级中医院存在差异。结论:黑龙江省57家县级中医院整体存在资源浪费情况。需要从医疗资源利用方面进行改进,从而提升黑龙江省县级中医院运营效率。Objective: To predict the operation efficiency of 57 county-level TCM hospitals in Heilongjiang Province, so as to provide evidences and suggestions for the government to optimize the management of county hospitals. Methods: The data envelopment analysis method was used to analyze 57 county-level TCM hospital in Heilongjiang Province. Results: The average comprehensive efficiency was 0.684, and the comprehensive efficiency was low. In 57 county hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine, operating efficiencies of 48 hospitals were DEA ineffective, and there were differences in the county traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in different cities. Conclusion: There is a waste of resources in 57 county-level hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine in Heilongjiang. It is necessary to improve the medical service input in order to improve the operation efficiency of the county hospital in Heilongjiang.
