青银通道太中银铁路规划发展研究

摘　　要：为支撑宁夏地区经济社会发展,进一步完善国家横向路网通道结构,根据对国家中长期铁路网规划中青银通道以及近期路网变化情况的分析,结合宁夏地区铁路发展实际情况以及地方经济社会发展的实际需求,研究太中银铁路线路基本情况和运量规模,重点针对太中银铁路的发展定位及未来规划提出建议。从满足宁夏地区旅客快速出行的需求、共享高速铁路发展成果、完善路网结构,同时释放和扩大通道货运能力的角度,规划太中银通道绥德—银川段快速客运专线,既有太中银铁路定边—中卫段进行复线改造。To support the economic and social development of Ningxia and further improve the structure of the national East-West railway network, this paper studies the basic situation and traffic volume of Taiyuan-Zhongwei-Yinchuan railway based on the analysis of Qingdao-Yinchuan railway corridor in the national railway medium and long-term railway network planning and the recent changes of the network. Considering the actual situation of the railway development in Ningxia and the actual needs of the local economic and social development, I give proposals for the development orientation and future planning of Taiyuan-Zhongwei-Yinchuan railway. From the perspective of meeting the needs of passengers fast travel in Ningxia, sharing the achievements of high-speed railway development, perfecting the railway network structure, releasing and expanding the freight capacity of the corridor, I also propose the planning of Suide-Yinchuan passenger dedicated line of Taiyuan-Zhongwei-Yinchuan railway, and carry out the double-track reconstruction of Dingbian-Zhongwei section of the existing Taiyuan-Zhongwei-Yinchuan railway.
