摘  要:癸二酸二异辛酯是双酯型合成航空润滑油50-1-4Ф黏度和黏温特性的影响,以期为合成酯航空润滑油的使用和改进提供技术支持。在200℃的温度下,用反应釜模拟了航空润滑油的氧化条件,将50-1-4Ф探讨其黏温特性变化情况。50-1-4Ф数从135.5下降到115.0,表明高温氧化对50-1-4Ф黏温特性与Andrade方程的相关系数在1.0到0.9995之间,可以用Andrade方程来描述其黏温特性。Diisooctyl sebacate was a base oil of diesters synthetic aviation lubricant 50-1-4Φ. The effect of elevated temperature oxidation time on the kinematic viscosity and viscosity-temperature characteristics of 50-1-4Φaviation lubricant was investigated in order to provide technical support for the use and improvement of synthetic ester aviation lubricants. The oxidation conditions of aviation lubricant were simulated in a reactor at a temperature of 200 ℃. 50-1-4 Φ aviation lubricant was oxidized sequentially for 2 h, 10 h,20 h,50 h and 100 h. The kinematic viscosity and viscosity index of the oil sample after oxidation were determined, and the change of viscositytemperature characteristics were explored. The kinematic viscosity of 50-1-4Φ aviation lubricant gradually decreased with the increase of oxidation time, and it changed rapidly in the initial stage. Its viscosity index decreased from 135.5 to 115.0,indicating that elevated temperature oxidation had a greater impact on the viscositytemperature characteristics of 50-1-4Φ aviation lubricants. The correlation coefficient between the viscosity of50-1-40 aviation lubricant after oxidation and the Andrade equation was between 1.0 and 0.9995. The Andrade equation could be used to describe the viscosity-temperature characteristics.
