摘 要:随着航空发动机技术的不断发展,航空发动机主轴轴承温度不断提高,对合成航空润滑油的高温性能也提出了更高的要求。国产4108合成航空润滑油属于高温稳定型航空润滑油。用氧化安定性试验(175℃,204℃,218℃和230℃),热安定性试验(274℃),气相结焦试验和热失重分析评价了国产4108合成航空润滑油的高温性能,并与进口合成航空润滑油的高温性能进行了对比。在高温下,4108合成航空润滑油的40℃运动黏度下降率,酸值增加值,金属腐蚀,结焦量和热失重均与进口合成航空润滑油相当或略优,说明4108合成航空润滑油具有优异的高温性能。With the continuous development of aeroengine technology, the aeroengine spindle bearing temperature continued to increase, and higher requirements were also placed on the elevated-temperature performance of synthetic aviation lubricants. Domestic 4108 synthetic aviation lubricant was elevated temperature stable aviation lubricant.The elevated temperature performance of domestic 4108 synthetic aviation lubricant was evaluated by oxidation stability test(175 ℃, 204 ℃, 218 ℃ and 230 ℃), thermal stability test(274 ℃), gas phase coking test and thermo-gravimetric analysis,and was compared with the imported synthetic aviation lubricants.At high temperature,the 40 ℃ kinematic viscosity reduction rate,acid value increase,metal corrosion,coking amount and thermal weight loss of 4108 synthetic aviation lubricant were comparable or slightly better than imported synthetic aviation lubricants. This indicated that 4108 synthetic aviation lubricant had excellent elevated temperature performance.
