摘  要:某些精密设备会在使用过程中因摩擦产生静电从而导致设备损坏,需要使用一种能够导电的润滑脂来有效地疏导静电,起润滑和保护作用。全氟聚醚导电润滑脂由全氟聚醚,聚四氟乙烯稠化剂和导电碳黑制备而成。因为全氟聚醚和聚四氟乙烯均具有良好的绝缘性能,不导电,所以全氟聚醚导电润滑脂的导电性能完全取决于导电碳黑。考察了两种导电碳黑,比表面积相对较小(比表面积254 m^2/g),粒径相对稍大(粒径30 nm)的碳黑对全氟聚醚导电润滑脂体积电阻率的影响相对平缓,适合制备全氟聚醚导电润滑脂。制备的全氟聚醚导电润滑脂的体积电阻率处于半导体范畴,能够起到良好的静电疏导作用。Some precision equipment would generate static electricity due to friction in use, and resulted in equipment damage.It was necessary to use a conductive grease to effectively dissipate static electricity for lubrication and protection.Perfluoropolyether conductive grease was prepared from perfluoropolyether, polytetrafluoroethylene thickener and conductive carbon black. Because perfluoropolyether and polytetrafluoroethylene had good insulation properties and were non-conductive, the conductivity of perfluoropolyether conductive grease was completely dependent on conductive carbon black. Two conductive carbon blacks were investigated. The carbon black with relatively small specific surface area(specific surface area 254 m^2/g) and relatively large particle size(30 nm particle size) had a relatively large effect on the volume resistivity of perfluoropolyether conductive grease.This was suitable for preparing perfluoropolyether conductive grease.The volume resistivity of the prepared perfluoropolyether conductive grease was in the semiconductor category, and could perform a good electrostatic conduction effect.
