摘  要:选取某风力发电机内齿轮箱油和变压器油典型液态油品(100.0 g),利用电控金属加热板对其在100℃起始加热温度下进行强制加热以实现热表面诱导燃烧,观察油品受热后蒸发汽化、沸腾冒泡、产烟和着火等演变性行为和特性,测定着火时间、火焰高度、油品液内和上方火焰中心轴温度分布。实验结果表明,单一液态样品油齿轮箱油和变压器油加热后着火前,会观察到明显的液态流动、沸腾冒泡、产烟等现象。变压器油着火时间短(477 s)、着火温度低(281.7℃),并且从第二层开始变压器油的最大升温速率大于齿轮箱油,证明了变压器油燃烧时火焰扩散传播较为活跃。For the typical liquid oil as gear oil or transformer oil (100.0 g), the healing was performed from 100℃ by an electrically con (rolled metal heating plate to get hot surface in duced combustion ,and the evaporation, gasification, boiling, evolutionary behavior and characteristics of smoke production and firewere observed after the oil was heated. The ignition lime, flame height, temperature distribution in lhe oil fluid and above the center axis of the flame were measured. The experimental results showed that before the fire of single liquid sample oil as gearbox oil or transformer oil after heating, obvious liquid flow, boiling, bubbling, smoke production and other phenomena would be observed. Transformer oil had the shorter ignition time (477 s) and the lower ignition temperature (281.7 ℃), and the maximum heating rate of transformer oil from the second floor was greater than that of the gearbox oil. Based on the above points. it was further proved that the spread of flame propagation was most active when the transformer oil was burned.
