门诊患者电子健康素养现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解门诊患者电子健康素养水平,并探讨电子健康素养的影响因素。方法采用自制问卷对有网络健康信息搜寻经历的467名成年门诊患者进行调查,并采用多重线性回归进行多因素分析。结果门诊患者的电子健康素养平均得分为(24.33±6.49)分。搜寻频率方面,20.3%的门诊患者经常利用网络搜寻健康信息;搜寻渠道方面,患者最常使用的是搜索引擎(29.6%);搜寻态度方面,32.2%的患者认为网络健康信息在帮助自己做出健康决定方面是有用的。多因素分析显示利用网络搜寻健康信息的频率越高(beta=0.189,P<0.001)、使用的网络渠道越多(beta=0.244,P<0.001)、对网络健康信息态度越积极的患者(beta=0.125,P<0.05;beta=0.361,P<0.001),其电子健康素养得分越高。结论加强网络健康资源的利用,改善门诊患者对网络健康信息的态度,有助于其电子健康素养水平的提升。Objective The aim of this study was to assess the status of e-health literacy among outpatients,and thus to explore the influencing factors for e-health literacy.Methods 467 adult outpatients with internet health information seeking experience were investigated by self-designed questionnaire.Multivariate analysis was performed by multiple linear regression method.Results The average total score of e-health literacy was 24.33±6.49.In terms of search frequency,20.3% outpatients often used internet to search health information.In terms of search channels,the most commonly used was the search engine(29.6%).In terms of search attitude,32.2% outpatients believed that internet health information was useful in helping them make health decisions.Multivariate analysis showed that the outpatients with higher e-health literacy used internet for health purpose more frequently(beta=0.189,P<0.001),used more search channels(beta=0.244,P<0.001),and had more positive attitude towards the internet health information(beta =0.125,P<0.05;beta= 0.361,P<0.001).Conclusion Strengthening the utilization of internet health resources and improving the attitude towards online health information will be beneficial to the improvement of e-health literacy among outpatients.
