摘  要:针对洛钼上房沟高滑石型难选钼矿进行选矿研究,应用长沙矿山研究院自主研发的高效滑石抑制剂CD-1,结合选矿工艺流程的合理设计,成功解决了辉钼矿与滑石分离的难题,实现了钼矿物的高效回收。在原矿Mo品位0.144%、氧化率16.47%、滑石含量14%的条件下,进行全流程闭路试验研究,取得了钼精矿Mo品位49.89%、回收率68.72%的优良指标。Based on the study of molybdenum beneficiation of high-talc molybdenum ore in shangfangou, the efficient talc inhibitor CD-1 independently developed by Changsha Institute of Mining Research was applied. And combined with the reasonable design of mineral processing process, the problem of separating molybdenum from talc was successfully solved, and efficient recycle of molybdenum minerals was realized. In the condition of Mo grade of 0.144 %, oxidation rate of 16.47 %, and talc content of 14%, the closed-circuit test of the whole process was carried out, and a molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 49.89 % and recovery rate of 68.72 % were obtained.
