摘 要:低品位重晶石矿石的矿物组成复杂。为了合理开发利用,在40mL的挂槽浮选机上进行重晶石、白云石、方解石、蒙脱石和石英纯矿物浮选实验研究,研究重晶石与方解石、白云石、蒙脱石和石英在不同捕收剂作用下的浮选差异。实验结果表明:重晶石和方解石有相似的可浮性,不易分离,且浮选回收率较高。蒙脱石和石英有相似的可浮性,且与重晶石有较大的可浮性差异。在不同的捕收剂作用下,重晶石与白云石的浮选差异不同。单一捕收剂中对重晶石捕收效果较好的是油酸钠,当油酸钠用量较少时,重晶石有较好的回收率。自然pH条件下,油酸钠用量为15mg/L时,重晶石的回收率为90.25%,此时方解石回收率为90.68%,白云石回收率为56.38%,含硅矿物蒙脱石和石英回收率分别为5.80%和5.60%。组合捕收剂油酸钠+肥皂用量15mg/L,肥皂占比60%时,重晶石的回收率为91.76%,方解石回收率为71.26%,白云石回收率仅为12.64%,含硅矿物蒙脱石和石英的回收率分别为5.20%和6.40%,相比单一捕收剂作用下,重晶石与白云石的可浮性差异提高44.25%。The mineral composition of a low-grade barite ore is complex. In order to develop and utilize barite reasonably, the flotation experiments of barite, dolomite, calcite, montmorillonite and quartz pure minerals were carried out with a 40mL tank flotation machine. The flotation differences among barite, calcite, dolomite, montmorillonite and quartz under different collectors were studied. The experimental results showed that with similar floatability, barite and calcite were not easy to separate and had a high flotation recovery. The floatability of montmorillonite and quartz was similar and different from that of barite. Under the action of different collectors the flotation difference between barite and dolomite was different. Sodium oleate was the best collector for barite. When sodium oleate was used less barite had better recovery. Under natural pH conditions, the recovery rates of barite, calcite, dolom让e, montmorillonite and quartz were respectively 90.25%, 90.68%, 56.38%, 5.80% and 5.60% when sodium oleate dosage was 15 mg/L. When the dosage of sodium oleate and soap was 15 mg/L with soap accounting for 60%, the recovery rates of barite, calcite and dolomite were 91.76%, 71.26% and 12.64%, respectively. The recovery rates of montmorillonite and quartz containing silicon were 5.20 % and 6.40%, respectively. The difference of floatability between barite and dolomite was 44.25%, higher than that of single collector.
