摘  要:针对细粒低阶煤亲水性强、常规捕收剂浮选回收难等问题,采用极性烷醇酰胺6501(椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺)为捕收剂,研究了其对红柳低阶煤的浮选性能,并就其作用机理,采用接触角、表面能、润湿热和XPS进行了分析。结果表明,随着捕收剂用量的增加,精煤产率先增加后降低,而精煤灰分持续增加,适当的捕收剂用量可以有效的回收低阶煤。经捕收剂处理后,煤与水的接触角随着药剂用量的增加先增大后减小,极性成分占比先降低后升高。适当的捕收剂用量可以显著降低煤-水润湿热,进而提高煤表面疏水性,而随着药量的增加,药剂的烷烃链分子之间通过疏水作用力相互吸引,致使极性头基朝外或者形成胶束,降低了煤颗粒表面的疏水性。XPS表明,烷醇酰胺6501的极性头基与煤表面的含氧基团作用,烷烃链遮蔽煤表面的含氧官能团,从而提高了煤泥的疏水性。Aiming at the problems of high hydrophilicity of fine low-rank coal and difficulty in flotation recovery of conventional collectors, polar alkanolamide 6501 (coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide) was used as collector to study its flotation performance for Hongliu low-rank coal. And its mechanism was analyzed from the aspects of contact angle, surface energy, wetting heat and XPS. The results showed that with the increase of collector dosage, the yield of clean coal firstly increased and then decreased, while the ash content of clean coal continued to increase. Appropriate collector dosage could effectively recover lowrank coal. After treatment with collector, the contact angle between coal and water firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of collector dosage, and the proportion of polar components firstly decreased and then increased. The proper amount of collector could significantly reduce the wetting heat of coal-water and then improved the hydrophobicity of coal surface. However, as the further addition of collector, the alkane chain molecules of the agent interacted with each other by hydrophobic force, resulting in the polar head base facing outward or forming micelles, accordingly the hydrophobicity of the coal surface was reduced. XPS showed that the polar head base of alkanolamide 6501 interacted with the oxygen-containing groups on coal surface, and the alkane chain covered the oxygen-containing functional groups on coal surface, thus improving the hydrophobicity of coal slime.
