摘  要:某铜冶炼炉渣铜品位为0.98%,嵌布粒度细,易碎难磨,根据试验结果,在磨矿细度为90%(-0.074mm)时,以CaO为调整剂,KM-109为捕收剂,730A为起泡剂,经一粗二精一扫闭路流程分选,可获得品位13.18%、回收率79.77%的Cu粗精矿,且杂质含量符合产品质量要求,并对Cu粗精矿再磨后(80%,-0.037mm)一段精选即可获得品位21.06%、回收率61.02%的Cu精矿。The copper grade in a copper smelting slag is 0.98%, the embedded granular让y is relatively fine? and it is fragile and difficult to grind. According to the research results, when the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm was 90%, and CaO was selected as the regulator, KM-109 as collector, and 730A as foaming agent, a closed circuit flotation flowsheet of one-stage roughing, two-stage cleaning and one-stage scavenging was carried out. Finally, a copper concentrate with grade of 13.18% and recovery rate of 79.77% was obtained, and the impurity content of copper concentrate all met the requirements of product quality. After re-grinding the copper crude concentrate with grinding fineness of - 0.037 mm occupying 80%, the copper concentrate with grade of 21.06% and recovery rate of 61.02% could be obtained through the one-stage cleaning.
