摘 要:从小型选矿试验向工业化转变过程中应充分考虑的因素有矿样代表性、浮选时间、粗精矿品位、矿石类型、泡沫浓度等,通过不同类型的小型试验数据与工业试验数据对比分析,发现小型试验成果工业化过程中,随着浮选规模的放大,浮选时间变长、粗精矿品位提高、泡沫浓度会降低,设计人员在计算确定设备选型过程中应充分认识其差异,更多研究矿石性质和工业化过程中的规律,避免设计不合理,生产不达产、不达标。The factors that should be taken into account in the process of transformation from small-scale mineral processing test to industrialization include the representativeness of ore samples, flotation time, coarse concentrate grade, ore type, foam concentration and so on. Through the data comparison of different types of small-scale test and industrial test, it could be found that in the process of transformation from small-scale mineral processing test to industrialization, the flotation time became longer, the grade of coarse concentrate increased, and the foam concentration decreased. Designers should fully understand the differences in the process of calculation and determination of equipment selection, and more researches on ore properties and laws in the process of industrialization should be carried out, in case that the design was unreasonable, and production was not up to the account and standard.
