摘  要:内蒙古某金矿矿物成分复杂,矿石中的自然金以粗粒级为主,占面积比的46.60%,其次为中粒级和细粒级,分别占面积比的25.95%和22.21%,矿石中金主要以黄铁矿包裹金的形式(90.91%)存在。为提高重选回收率,并进一步了解尼尔森重选参数对该类矿石的重选指标影响规律,进行了详细的尼尔森重选试验。研究结果表明,各参数对重选指标的影响显著性为:给矿量>给矿细度>重力倍数>液态化水量>给矿速度;在磨矿细度为-0.075mm占55%,重力倍数为100G,液态化水量4.5L/min,给矿速度为500g/min,给矿量为30kg的条件下,可以获得产率为0.27%、金品位为155.46g/t、回收率为30.26%的重选精矿。由于本类矿石中90.91%的颗粒金以黄铁矿包裹的形式存在,因此很难获得高品位的重砂金。The mineral composition of a gold ore in Inner Mongolia is complex. The natural gold in the ore is mainly coarsegrained accounting for 46.60% of the area r*atio followed by medium-grained and fine-grained, accounting for 25.95% and 22.21 % of the area ratio, respectively. Gold in the ore mainly exists in the form of pyrite-encapsulated gold (accounting for 90.91%), In order to improve the recovery rate of gravity separation and further understand the influence of Knelson gravity parameters on the gravity indexes of this kind of *ore Knelson gravity separation test was carried out in detail. The results showed that the significant effects of various parameters on gravity separation indexes were ordered as follows: ore feeding quantity > ore feeding fineness > gravity multiple > liquid water quantity > ore feeding speed. Under the conditions of grinding fineness of -0.075 mm accounting for 55%, gravity multiple of 100 G, liquid water quantity of 4.5 L/min, ore feeding speed of 500 g/min and ore feeding quantity of 30 kg, a gravity concentrate with yield of 0.27%, gold grade of 155.46 g/t, and recovery rate of 30.26% could be obtained. Due to 90.91% of the gold in this kind of ore exists in the form of pyrite-encapsulated gold, it is difficult to obtain heavy placer gold with high grade.
