摘 要:在对河南某稀土矿产的选矿试验研究中,经多项选矿工艺流程试验,如单一重选试验、单一磁选试验、单一浮选试验、"磁选-磁精重选"试验、"磁选-磁精浮选"试验,及浮选药剂筛选试验等,最终确定"磁选-磁精浮选"工艺为最佳选矿工艺流程,浮选捕收剂选用CK-6。确定选矿工艺参数为:磨矿细度小于0.075mm占70%,磁选磁场强度为1.2T、浮选氢氧化钠用量500g/t,水玻璃用量500g/t,氟硅酸钠用量500g/t,CK-6用量750g/t。在上述工艺条件下,经三段磁选和"一粗三精三扫"浮选闭路试验,获得了REO品位53.87%、REO回收率76.49%的精矿产品。In the beneficiation test of a rare earth mineral in Henan Province, several beneficiation process tests were conducted,such as single gravity separation test, single magnetic separation test, single flotation test, magnetic-gravity separation test, magnetic-flotation separation test and flotation reagent screening test. Finally, the magnetic-flotation separation was determined as the best process and CK-6 was selected as the flotation collector. The processing parameters were determined as follows: grinding fineness less than 0.075 mm accounting for 70%, magnetic field strength in magnetic separation of 1.2T, sodium hydroxide dosage in flotation of 500 g/t, sodium fluosilicate dosage of 500 g/t, and CK-6 dosage of 750 g/t. Under the above technological conditions, concentrates with REO grade of 53.87% and REO recovery of 76.49% were obtained through threestage magnetic separation and closed-circuit flotation tests with one-stage roughing, three-stage cleaning,and three-stage scavenging.
