摘  要:针对湖北某高氧化率、高结合率和高泥氧化铜矿的浮选难题,通过试验研究,设计开发出适合该矿石的选冶联合工艺流程:首先快速浮选矿石中的硫化铜矿物,然后对浮选尾矿进行加温酸浸,浸出液再采用硫化钠沉淀,最后添加一定量的粗粒硫化铜精矿进行载体浮选,在原矿含铜1.87%的情况下,通过闭路试验获得总铜精矿含铜18.91%,铜回收率79.33%的良好指标。Aiming at the flotation problems in a copper oxide ore with high oxidation rate, high bonding rate and high mud in Hubei Province, a combined process of beneficiation and metallurgy suitable for the ore was designed and developed through experimental study. Firstly, the copper sulfide minerals in the ore were rapidly selected by flotation, then the flotation tailings were heated and acid leached, with solution precipitated by sodium sulfide, and finally a certain amount of coarse-grained copper sulfide concentrate was added for carrier flotation. Under the condition of 1.87 % copper in raw ore, good indexes were obtained by closed circuit test, including 18.91 % of copper and 79.33% of copper recovery in total copper concentrate.
