摘 要:利用氧化硫硫杆菌生物特性,对某中品位磷矿进行微生物浸出实验。试验表明,氧化硫硫杆菌对低浓度磷矿浆有较强的溶磷效果,在矿粉浓度1.5g/L、培养温度30℃~34℃、溶液初始pH=5的条件下,浸出7d,可以达到70.28%的溶磷率。The microbial leaching experiment of a medium-grade phosphate rock was carried out by using the biological characteristics of thiobacillus thiooxidans. The results showed that thiobacillus thiooxidans had a strong phosphorus dissolving effect on low-concentration phosphate rock pulp. The phosphorus dissolving rate could reach 70.28% after 7 days of leaching under the conditions of 1.5 g/L of ore powder concentration, 30℃-34℃ of culture temperature and initial pH = 5 of solution.
