摘 要:为解决目前浮选药剂添加过程中自动化程度低、加药精度低、药剂消耗量大等问题,研制了一种主要由储药箱、除杂装置和防护柜体组成,以蠕动泵为执行机构的浮选自动加药装置。实验结果表明,该装置在流量为200~450mL/min时,相对误差小于1%,控制精度高且适应性强,适用于浮选过程中小流量药剂的精准加药。In order to solve the problems of low automation, low precision and high reagent consumption in the process o£ flotation dosing, an automatic dosing device was developed and designed. This device composed of a medicine storage box, an impurity removing device and a protective cabinet body, and the peristaltic pump was mainly taken as actuator. The experimental results showed that the relative error of the device was less than 1 % when the flow rate was 200-450 mL/min. Moreover, the device had a high control precision and strong adaptability,which was suitable for accurate dosing of small flow rate reagents in flotation process.
