摘　　要：目的深入了解重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)患者使用身体约束时家属的真实感受,以期为制订针对性的干预措施提供参考。方法采用目的抽样,选取2018年4-6月重庆某三级甲等医院中心ICU收治的使用身体约束患者的11名家属为研究对象,采用现象学研究方法对其进行半结构式访谈,借助Nvivo 8.0软件运用Colaizzi分析法对访谈内容进行整理分析。结果 ICU患者使用身体约束时家属的真实体验可归纳为2个类属5个主题,即有利于患者安全、被约束患者病情更加严重、身体约束不应在患者清醒时及有医护人员陪伴时使用、正性及负性情感体验。结论 ICU医护人员应重视患者家属的真实感受,做好身体约束知情同意的解释沟通工作,规范ICU患者身体约束的使用流程。Objective To explore the real experience of family members of ICU patients with physical restraint,in order to provide reference for the formulation of targeted interventions.Methods The objective sampling method was used to select 11 direct family members of the patients with physical restraint,the personal face to face semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted,and the interview content was analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenology with Nvivo 8.0 software.Results The experience of family members of ICU patients with physical restraint can be summarized into two categories and five themes,which were beneficial to patient safety,worse condition of restrained patients,physical restraint should not be used when patients were awake and accompanied by medical staff,the positive experience and the negative experience.Conclusion Doctors and nurses in ICU should pay attention to the experience of the patients’family members,and explain the necessity of physical restraint and standardize the process of using physical restraint.
