摘　　要：张腾教授认为"肝亢""肾虚""风盛"为高血压发病的中医基本病机,临证治疗时强调清肝益肾袪风。举三则老年高血压临证医案佐证。Professor ZHANG Teng believes that"hyperactivity of liver Yang","kidney deficiency"and "wind flourishing"are the principal traditional Chinese medicine mechanisms implicated in the pathogenesis of hypertension. Therefore,therapeutic principle of eliminating liver heat,tonifying kidney and dispelling wind is emphasized for the treatment of the hypertensive patients,which is supported by three clinical cases of senile hypertension presented in this article.
