摘　　要：于白莉教授在长期从事音调性耳鸣焦虑症诊治的过程中,以该病临床证候流行病学调查为基础,对"五神藏"相关理论进行了梳理和提升,挖掘了音调性耳鸣焦虑的核心病机,提出着重于心脾肝肾四脏的"四神核心论治法",具有较强的临床可操作性。该文对"四神核心"理论渊源进行梳理,并对"四神核心"辨治方法进行总结探讨,以为音调性耳鸣焦虑症的中医治疗提供更多的思路和方法。YU Baili has been long engaged in the treatment of tonal tinnitus with anxiety neurosis. Based on the traditional Five Shen theory and the epidemiological survey of the traditional syndrome differentiation of tinnitus with anxiety neurosis,a new conception known as Four Shen Core Theory was proposed by Prof YU. This theory was proved to be practical and effective for alleviating the symptoms of tonal tinnitus with anxiety neurosis. This paper discussed the ideological origins of Four Shen Core Theory. Typical cases were provided and analyzed to give a better understand of how to treat tinnitus with anxiety neurosis with Chinese herbs or acupuncture under the guidance of this theory.
