从《内经》“五脏皆柔弱,善病消瘅”理论探讨2型糖尿病防治策略

摘　　要：从《内经》中"五脏皆柔弱,善病消瘅"理论认识出发,探讨防治2型糖尿病的策略。"五脏皆柔弱"是导致2型糖尿病发生、发展及转归的根本病因病机,由于五脏柔弱,内在之脏先天真阴真阳不足,而使脏腑之阴津阳气输布运行失常,津伤则化燥,气运失司则气机失衡,则代谢失司而发为消渴。久则瘀血、痰饮等诸多病理产物互相为患,形成恶性病理循环,从而导致糖尿病诸多并发症如糖尿病肾病、视网膜病变、血管病变等发生和进一步恶化。因此,该文从《内经》"五脏皆柔弱,善病消瘅"的思想认识进行发挥,围绕这一理论探究防治2型糖尿病的策略。From Inner Canon of Huangdi"those with delicate weakness of five Zang organs are easily involved with diabetes"theory perspective,to explore strategies for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes."Delicate weakness of five Zang organs"is leading to type 2 diabetes occurrence,development and outcome of etiology and pathogenesis,due to the five Zang-organs vulnerability,inner dirty first naive Yin and naive Yang deficiency,and make the viscera dysfunction of Yinjin and Yangqi,Jin injury is dry,lost fate is angry machine imbalance,the metabolism of division and for diabetes. Blood stasis,phlegm retention,inflammation,and many other pathogenic products with each other,a vicious pathologic circulation,which can lead to diabetes complications such as diabetic nephropathy,retinopathy,vascular lesions such as root cause of the occurrence and further deterioration. Therefore,this article from Inner Canon of Huangdi"those with delicate weakness of five Zang organs are easily involved with diabetes"the ideological understanding of play,around this theory to explore the strategy for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes.
