历代医家论中风病之因机理论框架

摘　　要：中风病的病因病机发展大体经历以下4个阶段:(1)奠基阶段:先秦两汉时期,各医家认为外感和内伤因素均可以导致中风病的发生,为中风病病因病机理论的形成奠定基础。(2)形成阶段:晋隋唐时期,拓展了中风病的病因病机理论,其中巢元方的"风邪入脑"和孙思邈的中风"由热引起"理论,为中风病病因病机的发展开拓思路。(3)发展阶段:宋金元时期,医家提出了"心火暴甚""气血自虚""痰湿生热"理论,丰富内因导致中风病发生的理论。(4)完善阶段:明清时期,重在调整和充实前人的理论内涵,逐渐认识到中风病是由于情志失调、饮食不节、劳力所伤以及气候环境等因素导致脏腑、气血、阴阳失调,在本为阴阳两虚、气血亏虚、脾肾两虚、肝肾阴虚,在标为风痰蒙窍、肝风内动、风火相煽、气血逆乱、上冲于脑。初步形成了中风病之因机认识的基本理论框架。The pathogenesis and pathogenesis of strock general go through the following four stages:(1)Foundation stage:during the pre-Qin and Han dynasties,doctors believed that both external and internal factors could lead to the occurrence of stroke,laying a foundation for the formation of the etiology and pathogenesis theory of stroke.(2)Forming stages:Jin,Sui and Tang dynasties,expand the stroke disease pathogenesis theory,including the CAO Yuanfang"the wind into the brain"and SUN Simiao stroke "caused by hot"theory,explore the way of thinking for the development of stroke etiology and pathogenesis.(3)Development stage:during the Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties,doctors put forward the theories of"severe heart fire""self-deficiency of Qi and blood"and"phlegmy wet heat",which enriched the theories of stroke caused by internal factors.(4)Perfect stage:from the Ming and Qing dynasties,adjust and enrich the theoretical connotation of his predecessors,gradually realize the stroke is due to disorders of modern,diet not festival,labor wounds and environmental factors such as climate cause Zang-fu organs,Qi and blood,Yin and Yang imbalance,in this for the deficiency of Yin and Yang,Qi and blood deficiency,spleen kidney both deficiency,liver and kidney Yin deficiency,outside performance is wind phlegm mask hole,liver wind internal movement,fire and wind evils stir up each other,Qi and blood reversely disorderly,on the brain.The basic theoretical framework of understanding the cause and mechanism of apoplexy has been formed.
