摘 要:以二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸为原料,以过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂合成了两性聚丙烯酰胺增强剂,并对纸张的增强性能进行了研究。结果表明:单体配比(Am/DADMAC)(质量比)在2.28最宜;引发剂浓度在0.2%左右;反应温度在60℃左右;反应时间在2.0~2.5h之内;合成的两性聚丙酰胺的分子量可达50万。当浆内添加量为0.3%时,对纸张有明显的增强效果。Amphoteric polyacrylamide was synthesized using diallyldimethylammonium chloride, acrylamide and acrylic acid as raw materials, ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as initiator, with which physical strength performance of paper was studied. The results show that the optimum synthesis conditions are as follows: the ratio of monomer (Am/DADMAC) 2.26, the initiator concentration 0.2%, reaction temperature around 60℃, reaction time 2.0h. Under these conditions, the molecular weight of polyacrylamide could reach up to 500000, which is added in pulp slurry as strengthening agent with the dosage of 0.3%, the best strengthening effect can be obtained.
