摘  要:目的探讨3D腹腔镜技术在泌尿系统疾病重建手术中的应用效果。方法选取2013年5月至2018年5月期间我院收治的102例行泌尿系统疾病重建手术的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各51例。对照组行高清腹腔镜手术,观察组行3D腹腔镜手术。比较两组的围术期指标及术后并发症情况。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,出血量少于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组患者的术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论行泌尿系统疾病重建手术时应用3D腹腔镜技术可有效缩短患者的手术时间和住院时间,减少出血量,且安全性较高,对患者的术后康复具有积极影响,值得临床应用推广。Objective To explore the application effect of 3 D laparoscopic technique in reconstruction surgery for urinary system diseases. Methods 102 cases of patients with reconstruction surgery for urinary system diseases in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group received high-definition laparoscopic surgery, while the observation group received 3D laparoscopic surgery. The perioperative indicators and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the blood loss was less than that of the control group(all P<0.05). No statistical difference was found in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions 3D laparoscopic technique in the reconstruction surgery for urinary system diseases can effectively shorten the operation time and hospitalization time, reduce the blood loss,and has higher safety and positive influence on patients’ postoperative rehabilitation, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
