时距效应视角下职业类型对流动人口定居意愿的影响

摘　　要：根据2015年全国流动人口卫生计生动态检测数据,运用二分类logit回归模型考察时距效应视角下,流动人口的职业类型对其定居意愿的影响。结果表明,与经商商贩相比,企事业单位工作人员、农林牧渔人员、专业技术人员和其他商业服务人员的定居意愿强烈,而服务人员、生产人员、运输建筑人员、设备操作员和无固定职业者的定居意愿较弱。职业类型对定居意愿的影响受迁移时间和迁移距离的影响,在不同迁移时间和迁移距离下,不同职业类型人员的定居意愿强弱差异较大。总的来说,定居意愿最强的是省内中期,即在城市居住4～10年、省内迁移的农林牧渔人员;最弱的是跨省短期,即在城市居住0～3年、跨省迁移的运输建筑人员。This paper adopts binary logistic regression model to examine the influence of occupational types on settlement intention of migrant population from the perspective of time and distance effect based on Social Integration Survey of National Migrant Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey of National Health and Family Planning Commission in 2015.Results indicate that compared with the business traders,settlement intention of the staff members of enterprises or institutions,agriculture and forestry,professional and technical personnel and other business services staff is stronger,service personnel,production personnel,transportation construction and other production equipment operators is weaker.In different time and distance effect,settlement intention of different occupational types is very different .In general,settlement intention of agriculture and forestry who migrate in province and live in 4~10 year is the strongest.transport construction personnel who migrate across province and live in 0~3 year is the weakest.
