摘　　要：目的:探究吸入麻醉和静脉麻醉对老年冠状动脉疾病患者术后心脏功能的影响。方法:将2017年6月-2018年6月笔者所在医院收治的60例冠状动脉疾病老年患者纳为研究对象,按照病例号单号双号将其分为对照组和试验组,每组30例,开展吸入麻醉即为试验组,开展静脉麻醉即为对照组。比较两组的术后心脏功能指标、心血管不良事件发生率及苏醒时间。结果:两组患者术后心脏功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验组心血管不良事件发生率降低,苏醒时间缩短(P<0.05)。结论:对老年冠状动脉疾病患者展开吸入麻醉,可改善术后心功能指标,降低心血管不良事件发生率,缩短苏醒时间,值得临床深究。Objective:To investigate the effects of inhaled anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia on postoperative cardiac function in elderly patients with coronary artery disease.Method:A analysis of 60 elderly patients with coronary artery disease admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 was conducted. The case were divided into control group and experimental group according to the number,30 cases in each group.The inhalation anesthesia was performed in the experimental group.The intravenous anesthesia was used in the control group.Compared the postoperative cardiac function index,the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events,and the recovery time.Result:Compared with the control group,there was no difference in the improvement of postoperative cardiac function in the experimental group(P>0.05);the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events decreased,and the recovery time was shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion:Inhalation anesthesia for elderly patients with coronary artery disease can improve postoperative cardiac function index,reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events,shorten the recovery time,and it is worthy of clinical investigation.
