摘　　要：目的调查下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)患者院外疼痛的现状并分析其影响因素。方法对住院后出院的140例ASO患者,通过云平台进行疼痛现状的横断面调查,调查工具包括一般情况调查表、简明疼痛量表、生活质量量表、慢性疼痛自我效能感量表、自评抑郁量表、服药依从性量表。结果云系统自动发送140份问卷,有效126份。回收合格率为90%。出院后患者的疼痛平均得分是(3.63±1.52)分。多重回归表明影响患者疼痛主要因素是疼痛自我效能、吸烟、抑郁、服药依从性。结论院外ASO患者疼痛处于中等偏下水平。护理人员需加强对出院后患者的疼痛管理,提高患者疼痛自我效能水平和服药依从性,戒烟,保持良好的情绪,提高生存质量。Objective To investigate the status of pain in outpatients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO) and analyze the influencing factors using cloud platform. Methods A total of 140 outpatients with ASO who were discharged after hospitalization from January 2017 to December 2017 were surveyed through a cloud platform. The survey tools included general condition questionnaire, simple pain scale, quality of life scale, chronic pain self-efficacy scale, self-evaluation depression scale, and medication compliance scale. Results Among 140 sent questionnaires, 126 questionnaires were returned, with the recovery rate of 90%. The pain score of patients after discharge was 3.63±1.52. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting patients′ pain were pain self-efficacy, smoking, depression, and medication compliance. Conclusion The pain of outpatients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans is in moderately lower level. Nursing staff need to strengthen the management of pain after discharge, increase the patient′s pain self-efficacy and medication compliance, establish a healthy lifestyle, and maintain a positive and optimistic attitude, thus improve the quality of life.
