摘 要:目的:探讨一次高强度间歇运动(HIIT)对男性青少年运动后心血管反应以及物质和能量代谢的影响。方法:20名健康男性青少年(15~17岁)按随机顺序分别进行一次急性HIIT实验(30 s Wingate测试,完成2组,组间间歇4 min)(运动实验)以及一次对照实验(安静休息),每次实验前先测安静时摄氧量(VO_2)、呼吸商(RQ)、血压[收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)]、心率(HR),并计算底物(碳水化合物和脂肪)氧化供能的基础值;实验程序后100 min内再次检测以上指标,比较运动实验后与对照实验后的数值的差异。两次实验之间间隔72 h。结果:与对照实验比,运动实验后即刻以及10 min VO_2显著升高(P<0.05),20 min时恢复(P>0.05);运动后总VO_2显著升高(P<0.05);RQ在运动后即刻显著升高(P<0.05),随后迅速下降并在30~60 min时显著降低(P<0.05);脂肪氧化供能在40~60 min时显著升高(P<0.05);但运动后脂肪总氧化量并无显著性差异(P>0.05);HR在运动后即刻显著升高(P<0.05)并持续至90 min(P<0.05);SBP在运动后90~100 min时显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:一次急性HIIT能够诱导男性青少年VO_2和脂肪供能增加,SBP下降。Objective To explore the effect of acute high-intensity interval training(HIIT) on cardiovascular response, substance and energy metabolism of male adolescents. Methods Twenty healthy male adolescents(15?17 years old) were given an acute HIIT test(two sets of 30s Wingate test with recovery period of 4 min, exercise trial) and a resting state test(control trial) with an interval of 72 h. Oxygen uptake (VO2), respiratory quotient (RQ), blood pressure including systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP), heart rate (HR) were measured at rest and every 10 min during 100 min post-test, and substrates(carbohydrate and fat) oxidation and energy provided were calculated. Results Compared with the control trial, VO2 increased significantly immediately and 10 min after the exercise(P<0.05 ), and recovered at 20 min post-exercise (P>0.05). The total VO2 was elevated significantly after exercise (P<0.05), while RQ increased significantly immediately after the exercise (P< 0.05) but then decreased rapidly, showing significant reduction at 30?60 min after the exercise (P< 0.05). Energy from fat oxidation was significantly higher at 40?60 min after the exercise (P<0.05), but no significant differences were observed in the total fat oxiflation after the exercise (P>0.05). HR increased significantly right after the exercise (P<0.05) and maintained until 90 min later (P<0.05). SBP was significantly lower at 90~100 min post- exercise (P<0.05) in the exercise trial. Conclusions An acute HIIT may induce short-term increase in oxygen uptake and fat source energy and decrease in blood pressure in male adolescents.
