摘　　要：本文报道临床药师对1例肾移植术后毛霉菌合并鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者进行药学服务,介绍临床药师对毛霉菌感染治疗方案和对耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌治疗方案的选择、药物相互作用、用法用量、不良反应等方面参与保障患者药学服务的工作。The article reports pharmaceutical care of a renal transplantation recipient with mucormycosisco-infection caused by Acinetobacter baumanii, and introduced clinical pharmacist’s services in the treatment protocol of antimicrobial use of mucor infection, carbapene-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infection, drug interactions, adverse drug reactions and other aspects involved in patient medication safety.
