摘　　要：消化内镜护理具有非常强的专业性,需要规范化培训并在实际工作中不断完善和提高。专科护士的发展与梯队建设已成为国际护理界的主流趋势,但我国内镜护理还未成为一项专科护理项目。随着内镜技术的迅速发展,要求必须建立一支高素质的专业护理队伍,才能适应新时期发展需要。本文结合实际工作及我国专科护士发展提出几点建议与思考,以期促进我国消化内镜专科护士体系化建设。Digestive endoscopy nursing requires very high professional capability, which needs standardized training and contin. uous improvement in practical work. The development and echelon construction of specialist nurses have become the mainstream trend in the international nursing field, but digestive endoscopy nursing has not yet become a specialist-nursing project in China. With the rapid development of endoscopy technology, it is necessary to establish a high-quality professional nursing team in order to meet the de. velopment needs of the new era. Based on our practical work and the development of specialist nurses in China, this article puts forward some suggestions and thoughts in order to promote the systematic construction of specialist nurses in digestive endoscopy in China.
