摘 要:小麦近缘物种簇毛麦是普通小麦遗传改良的重要基因资源。为发掘簇毛麦潜在的优良农艺基因,以推广品种扬麦23为背景亲本,与硬粒小麦-簇毛麦双二倍体(硬簇麦)进行杂交并回交多次,构建一套扬麦23遗传背景的小麦-簇毛麦1V^7V单染色体置换系,以探明簇毛麦不同染色体的农艺效应。利用簇毛麦1V-7V染色体长短臂特异分子标记对46株BC1F1代材料进行分子标记鉴定,分析材料中的外源染色体组成。在37株材料中均检测到簇毛麦的染色体。除完整簇毛麦染色体外,部分单株中还检测到涉及簇毛麦某条或某几条染色体臂的端着丝粒染色体或整臂易位。各染色体在BC1F1代的传递的大致趋势为1V=6V>4V>7V>2V=5V>3V。本研究材料为进一步发掘和利用簇毛麦基因资源奠定了基础。Haynaldia villosa (L.) Schur, a wild relative of wheat, is an important and useful gene resource for wheat improvement. In order to exploit the potential elite agronomic genes of H. villosa, Triticum durum-H.villosa amphiploid (2n = 42, AABBVV) were crossed with common wheat cv. Yangmai 23 and then backcrossed with Yangmai 23, which aims to develop wheat-H. villosa single chromosomal substitutions of 1V^7V with the same genetic background donored by Yangmai 23. Agronomic effects of the different H. villosa chromosomes will be revealed at the single-chromosomal level. In this research, the specific molecular markers of 1V^7V individual chromosomes of H. villosa were used to screen the BC1F1 progenies derived from T. durum-H. villosa amphiploid/ Yangmai 23// Yangmai 23. Among 46 progenies, 37 individuals were identified as carrying chromosomes of H. villosa. In several BC1F1 individuals, besides complete chromosomes of H. villosa, we also detected telosomic chromosomes or whole arm translocations involving H. villosa chromosomes. The transmission ratios observed were ordered as ‘1V=6V>4V>7V>2V=5V>3V’. This work will lay groundwork for further exploitation and utilization the gene resources of H. villosa.
