摘 要:采用数值软件模拟了空心砖体的传热过程,分析了导热、对流传热及热辐射这3种传热方式对砖体温度分布和热流量的影响,结果表明,砖体内的温度分布受每种传热方式的影响,其中导热和热辐射对传热量的影响较大,对流传热影响最小。并在此基础上,以孔内填充硬聚氨酯泡沫塑料的情形为例,重点探究了采用孔内填充保温材料的措施对空心砖传热过程的影响及热工性能改善的作用,发现该措施能明显改变砖体内部的传热过程,有效地增加砖体热阻。The numerical software is utilized to simulate the heat transfer process of hollow brick, and the effects of thermal conduction, convection and radiation on the temperature distribution and heat flux of the brick are analyzed. The results show that the temperature distribution of the brick is subject to every heat transfer method. Thermal conduction and radiation influence greatly on the heat flux and the effect of convection is minimal.The effects of holes filled with insulation materials such as polyurethane foam on the heat transfer process and thermal performance of hollow brick are studied. It shows that this measure can significantly change the heat transfer process of brick and increase the thermal resistance of brick effectively.
