中药穴位热敷联合咀嚼口香糖对腹部外科术后腹胀的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药穴位热敷联合咀嚼口香糖对腹部外科术后腹胀的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2018年10月连云港市东海县中医院普外科腹部外科术后患者56例,随机均分为观察组和对照组各28例。对照组给予常规腹部术后护理,于术后第2天开始给予腹部湿热敷;观察组术后2h开始给予中药穴位热敷联合咀嚼口香糖。对比两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况。结果:观察组腹痛、腹胀发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹胀持续时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后首次肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间均明显早于对照组(P<0.05);以上差异均有统计学意义。结论:腹部外科术后早期开始给予中药穴位热敷联合咀嚼口香糖,可促进患者术后胃肠功能及早恢复,减少并发症发生,保证手术质量,且具有操作简便、安全、无毒副作用的优点。Objective:To explore the effect of Chinese medicine acupoint hot compress combined with chewing gum on abdominal distension after abdominal surgery.Methods:Fifty-six patients who underwent abdominal surgery in general surgery of Tonghai Hospital of Donghai County,Lianyungang City from January 2015 to October 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine abdominal postoperative care,and the abdominal wet compress was applied on the 2nd day after the operation;the observation group was given the Chinese herbal acupoint hot compress combined with chewing gum 2 hours after the operation.The recovery of gastrointestinal function was compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of abdominal pain and abdominal distension in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The duration of abdominal distension in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The first postoperative bowel sound recovery time and the first anal exhaust were observed in the observation group.The first defecation time was significantly earlier than the control group (P<0.05);the above differences were statistically significant.Conclusions:Early postoperative abdominal surgery with acupuncture points combined with chewing gum can promote early recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce complications,ensure the quality of surgery,and has the advantages of simple,safe,non-toxic side effects.
