摘 要:目的分析重庆某公交公司公交车男司机年龄、体重指数(BMI)、血脂、血压(BP)水平的分布情况,以及相关因素对高血压的影响。方法选取2018年6-10月在该院健康管理中心进行体检的某公交公司的男司机4 014名,记录年龄,测量身高、体重、BP、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等,采用χ2检验及logistic回归模型进行统计学分析和描述。结果 4 014名男司机高血压患病率为20.40%(819/4 014),且随年龄增加,高血压患病率增加,差异有统计学意义(χ2=99.653,P<0.05)。4 014名男司机超重率为41.01%(1 646/4 014),肥胖率为17.02%(683/4 014)。随着BMI升高,高血压及高LDL-C血症比例升高,且体重过低、体重正常、超重、肥胖组男司机高血压患病率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=309.953,P<0.05)。年龄、BMI、LDL-C水平均与BP水平均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论公交车男司机高血压患病率及超重、肥胖比例较高,且BMI、年龄、LDL-C升高均与高血压发生率呈正相关。Objective To study the distribution situation of age,BMI,blood lipid and blood pressure(BP) levels among male bus drivers and the influence of related factors on hypertension. Methods A total of 4 104 male bus drivers conducted the physical examination in the Health Management Center of this hospital from June to October 2018 were selected.The age,height,weight,BP,LDL-C,etc.were recorded.Then the χ^2 test and Logistic regression model were adopted to conduct the statistical analysis and description. Results Among 4 014 male bus drivers,the hypertension prevalence rate was 20.40%(819/4 014),moreover the hypertension prevalence rate was increased with the age increase,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2 =99.653, P < 0.05 ).The overweight rate in 4 014 male bus drivers was 41.01%(1 646/4 014),and the obesity rate was 17.02%(683/4 014).The proportion of hypertension and high LDL-C was increased with BMI elevation,moreover the prevalence rate of hypertension had statistical difference among the research subjects in the too-low weight,normal weight,overweight and obesity groups,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^2 =309.953, P <0.05).The age,BMI and LDL-C level were positively correlated with the BP level( P <0.05). Conclusion The hypertension prevalence rate and proportions of overweight and obesity in male bus drivers are higher.Moreover BMI,age and LDL-C increase have the positive correlation with hypertension occurrence rate.
