摘 要:为了迅速解决非正常航班延误问题,提高签派员工作效率,最优化配置有限资源,在数学规划理论基础上,以延误成本最小为目标,建立规划模型,利用72小时可用航班及新开航班结合的方式实施航班恢复。借助LINGO软件对目标航班延误数据求解,结果显示该目标航班恢复成本最小为113768元,多次试验证明,该模型针对非正常航班恢复问题便捷有效。In order to quickly solve the problem of abnormal flight delay, improve the efficiency of visa and dispatch personnel, and optimize the allo. cation of limited resources. Based on the mathematical programming theory, aiming at minimizing the delay cost, establishes the planning model, and the 72-hour available flights and newly opened flights are combined to implement flight recovery. Lingo software is used to solve the delay data of the target flight, and the results show that the recovery cost of the target flight is at least 113,768 yuan. Multiple tests have proved that the model is convenient and effective for the abnormal flight recovery.
