摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助肛门成形术治疗中高位先天性肛门闭锁的临床价值。方法:选择40例高位先天性肛门闭锁患者,按不同的治疗方法,分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者实施腹腔镜辅助肛门成形术,对照组实施肛门成形术单一治疗方式,观察两组临床效果及应用前景与价值。结果:观察组肛门功能评分显著高于对照组,平均出血量、住院时间及不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜辅助肛门成形术治疗中高位先天性肛门闭锁疗效显著,能够有效缩短临床治疗时间,降低术中损伤,提升手术合理性,改善远期疗效,优化其肛门控便能力,避免不良反应风险,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic assisted anus angioplasty in the treatment of middle and high congenital anal atresia. Methods 40 patients with high congenital anal atresia were selected, and clinical comparison was made. Different treatments were given to different groups of patients. Laparoscopic assisted anus angioplasty was performed in the observation group, and a single treatment of anal angioplasty was given to the control group. The clinical manifestation effect of the type of patients, and then explore its application prospects and value. Results The anal function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The mean bleeding volume, hospitalization time and adverse reaction rate were significantly lower than the control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted anus angioplasty is effective in the treatment of middle and high congenital anal atresia, which can effectively shorten the clinical treatment time, reduce intraoperative injury improve the rationality of surgery improve long-term curative effect, optimize its anal control ability and avoid adverse reactions. Risk is worth promoting.
