摘　　要：本文在对我国P2P网贷平台按照股东背景进行聚类分析的基础上,对影响不同聚类网贷平台成交规模的相关因素进行了实证研究。研究发现,不同聚类中P2P网贷平台成交规模的影响因素具有一定的差异性,即存在个体效应。网贷平台待偿余额、净投资者数量、累计停业平台数量与所有聚类网贷平台成交规模存在一定的正相关性,而平台借款期限、综合收益率水平、平台数量显著负向影响平台成交量。Based on the cluster analysis of China's P2P online lending platform according to the background of shareholders,this paper conducts an empirical study on the factors affecting the transaction scale of different clustering online lending platforms. The study finds that the factors affecting the transaction scale of P2P online lending platform in different clusters have certain differences,namely the existence of individual effects. There is a certain positive correlation between the loan balance of the online loan platforms,the number of net investors,the number of accumulated shutdown platforms and the transaction scale of all cluster online loan platforms,while the platform borrowing period, comprehensive rate of return,and the number of platforms have a significant negative impact on the platform turnover.
