摘　　要：目的:探讨耳部瘢痕疙瘩简单、有效的治疗方法.方法:总结分析我科室瘢痕疙瘩核心切除治疗26(26耳)例患者的临床效果.结果:26例(26耳)耳部瘢痕疙瘩患者均无复发,切口愈合良好.结论:核心切除治疗耳部瘢痕疙瘩简单,有效,无复发,临床效果满意.Objective To explore a simple and effective treatment for ear keloid. Methods To summarize and analyze the clinical effect of core resection for 26 patients (26 ears) in our department. Results No recurrence was found in 26 cases (26 ears) with keloid. Conclusion Core resection is simple and effective in treating ear keloid without recurrence.
