品管圈在鼻咽癌放疗患者张口训练方法中的应用

摘　　要：目的:通过品管圈活动,提高鼻咽癌放疗患者对张口训练方法的正确率.方法:自2017年1月-5月,开展了以"提高鼻咽癌放疗患者对张口训练方法的正确率"为主题的品管圈活动,制定活动计划,把握现况设定目标,并按计划实施,确定实施效果.结果:实施品管圈活动后鼻咽癌放疗患者对张口训练方法的正确率由改善前59.17%提高至改善后的83.68%.结论:品管圈活动显著提高了鼻咽癌放疗患者对张口训练方法的正确率,降低了放疗后张口困难的发生率,提高了患者的生活质量和住院患者的满意度.Objective Through quality management circle activity;improve the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy for mouth training methods of the time. Methods From January 2015 to May 2015, the division carried out in order to "improve accuracy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy to mouth training method" as the theme of quality control circle activities, activities planning, grasp the current setting goals, and carry out, to determine the effect. Results The implementation of quality management circle activity in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy accuracy of mouth training method by improve the top 59.17% to 83.68% after improve. Conclusion Quality management circle activity significantly increased the accuracy of the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy to mouth training method, reduce the incidence of the mouth difficult after radiotherapy and improve the patient's quality of life and satisfaction of inpatients.
